If you have read my homepage then you already know that I am passionate about fitness and food. So it’s safe to say that most of the posts will be related to my two passions. I want to give you tips on how to eat delicious food whilst maintaining a healthy body. Too many people believe that healthy nutritious food has to sacrifice on flavour and this is simply not the case. I want to document my own training and food recipes and offer tips and tricks that I have learnt for both food and fitness. The kind of training I like is built for functional strength and improving athletic performance but I have a general love and appreciation for all exercise. When it comes to food I like big flavours. I like my food full of seasoning, herbs and spices. I wont be posting any food on here unless I think it’s delicious.
